Amy Chalmers

Amy is here to be a conduit for transformation and health through inspired action. Her classes are empowering, and a clearing for what is possible now. Yoga and meditation are tools in her ongoing practice of wellness she is extremely grateful to have discovered. For Amy, the magic happens when we land that living on the edge, a life full of purpose, is on the other side of whatever we seek to hide. Yoga is an expression of this dance at the edge and as we uncover on our mats we do so in our lives. Amy holds a Baptiste Power Yoga Instructor Credential and is 300 hours Yoga Alliance (RYT 300) certified. A lifelong student, Amy continues to study under Baron Baptiste, graduating from his Fit to Lead program in April 2020.

Jenna Hills

Jenna first began her yoga practice in 2001 when she joined lululemon. During her 15 year career in Training and Culture, yoga was always part of her journey. When she attended Level One: Journey Into Power, a weeklong Baptiste Institute training, Jenna got rocked to her core by the transformational impact of a leadership program designed to connect the dots between physical practice, meditation and the inquiry work she’d been engaging with for all those years. It was like coming home. Jenna is a Baptiste Institute Fit to Lead and Level 3: Beyond Borders graduate, and received her Baptiste Power Yoga Tier One Certification in March 2018. Teaching is her way of being forever a student and sharing a methodology that she believes has the power to support anybody who takes it on.

Ali Jambor

Having been involved in a variety of sports and activities since childhood ranging from soccer to body building, Ali is no stranger to physical movement. When he started Yoga in 2017 purely out of curiosity, he was amazed by the incredible transformative nature of the practice, both physically and mentally. Yoga allowed him to connect to his body like never before, and offered a new sense of awareness towards his thoughts and emotions. In his classes, Ali encourages students to be playful and invites them to explore new possibilities within each pose. He believes that the in addition to the physical benefits, Yoga can cultivate discipline and mindfulness, and it provides a valuable opportunity to disconnect from the busyness of life and connect to one's inner self.
