Pam Rader


Pam is the owner of Shift Power Yoga and the leader of a spectacular tribe of teachers. It has been her passion and commitment to create a community of acceptance, belonging, service, inspiration and badass, extraordinary living! Twenty years ago Pam began practicing yoga to heal her back and found that it healed her life and empowered her in ways that she never dreamed possible. She is deeply honoured to be able share this practice and its life-changing teachings with both the Okanagan and Central Alberta yoga communities.

Pam has been teaching yoga in the Okanagan for 19 years, is an ERYT500 and is proud to be a 500 Hour certified Baptiste Yoga Teacher. She is the founder and facilitator of The Shift Power Yoga Institute which is Shift Power Yoga's 200 and 300 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher Training school. Pam is a certified Strategic Intervention Life Coach, speaker, and leadership development facilitator. Four years ago Pam, along with Shauna Nyrose and Chelsea Ray co-founded The Lit From Within Project which is a grassroots fundraising platform that funds the integration of yoga and meditation into trauma, mental health and addiction recovery facilities throughout the Okanagan.

Always a student herself, Pam humbly and gratefully remains in ongoing training with her teacher Baron Baptiste. Through sharing the tools of Baptiste Yoga she is at cause for creating more bold leaders on this planet and to leave a legacy of love and service, empowerment and possibility.


Sandy McNolty


Sandy is our bubbly energizer bunny with an infectious vitality! She has worked in the wellness industry for over 25 years as a personal fitness trainer and councillor. After the sudden loss of her husband many years ago, she began to study various styles of yoga and traveled the world learning and teaching yoga. Sandy received her certification from Baptiste Yoga in 2017, and also has over eight teacher trainings including Yin, kids yoga, Sivananda, Anusara-inspired as well as Baptiste Level One, Level Two and Art of Assisting. Recently Sandy also became a certified Empowerment Life Coach specializing in grief and loss. She is passionate both about teaching and being a life-long student of yoga and is excited to share her abundant knowledge with you!

Roz Huber


Roz is a personal trainer, yoga teacher, and leader of adventure retreats. She loves to work with people who are hungry to learn & grow in life and beyond the boundaries of the body. She coaches people out of self-limiting habits and continues to lean into her own work as a means to encourage positive change everywhere she can. Roz continues to expand & explore her own life for ways to keep sharing what she knows to be true. She remains open to growing her circle of connections to include individuals who have similar values and challenge her to look at things differently.


Carol Domanko


Carol Domanko is the Shift Power Yoga Studio Manager and original ragamuffin. She was raised in the Okanagan Valley, and discovered yoga while completing her BFA in Film Production at UBC in Vancouver. Carol did her first 200 hour training in Maya Yoga with Nikki Doane, and after experiencing the transformative effects of Baptiste Yoga, completed a second 200­-hour as well as the 300 hour Master Training with Pam Rader at Shift Power Yoga . Carol has over 7 years teaching experience, and loves to lead everything from power to yin. When she's not in front of the class, you can find Carol behind the camera, posting to SPY's social media, riding her bike, or making mala bracelets and necklaces for her small biz "Shakti Bling". Carol loves this community and sees Shift as one big badass family that she is super blessed to be a part of!

Ryan Burley


Ryan has been an avid student of yoga for six years and is a graduate of Shift Power Yoga's 200 hour and 300 hour teacher trainings. He currently assists Shift Power Yoga's 200-hour trainings and is all about contribution. He has grown exponentially as a person and a teacher through Baptiste Yoga and is excited to empower his students into their own growth. Yoga has given him the ability to connect with people in a deeper way than ever before. Ryan believes that yoga will heal the world and that peace among all people is possible. He invites you to join him for an opportunity to grow and work together to unlock your potential, your power and become your best self!


Caroldean Jude


Caroldean is a graduate of Shift Power Yoga's 200-hour and 300-hour teacher trainings. She has been a dedicated and passionate student for years and is truly excited and honoured to have the opportunity to share her new teaching skills and passion for the transformative power of yoga with you! You can catch CeeDee (as she likes to be called) at our community classes where she brings together her love of yoga and her generous heart of service. We love CeeDee and we know that you will too!

Colleen Staves


Colleen is a graduate of Shift Power Yoga's 200-Hour Teacher training and an experienced student and teacher. She first came to yoga for the physical benefits but quickly discovered the whole life transformation that awaits the dedicated student and embraced her journey whole-heartedly. Colleen brings a genuine desire for her students to experience something special and be inspired in each and every class. Her attention to detail will help you create true north alignment in your poses and new possibilities in your life! Colleen looks forward to welcoming you to your mat soon!


Dawnalee Anderson


Dawnalee is a graduate of Shift Power Yoga's 200 Hour and 300 Hour teacher trainings. Her background in healthcare and healing touch give Dawnalee a special edge when it comes to teaching about the restorative power of yoga. One of the warmest and kindest human beings that we know, she gives amazing hands-on assists that will have you coming back for more! Dawnalee's favourite classes to teach are of the slower, more nurturing variety. Come check them out and have your heart filled up!

Jaylene Rae


Jaylene is a Graduate of Shift Power Yoga's 200 hour training. She is a very eager learner and couldn't wait to start teaching! During training she decided to take a big step and go to college to become a Registered Massage Therapist and loves to use her growing knowledge of physical anatomy to give amazing hands-on assists! She has been practicing yoga for about 6 years now and loves the mental and physical changes/challenges Baptiste yoga provides. Jay is truly honoured to teach at Shift because anything is possible in this dynamic community full of game changers. Come spend some fun time on your mat, you will be welcomed with a big open heart.


Lexie Heron


Lexie, a lover of yoga and animals, is a graduate of the 200 hour and 300 hour Shift Power Yoga teacher trainings. She is committed to learning and growing with you both on and off the mat. Be ready to let your inner wild child shine through! Lexie is a believer in adventure and the power to choose happiness and fun in every moment. So take a break from adulting and come discover something new on your mat and in your life! But don't let her sweet exterior fool you - she will make you work hard on your mat!

Levi Sapach


Levi is a graduate of Shift Power Yoga's 200-hour yoga teacher training. He loves music and is a talented singer and musician! He found yoga after a debilitating car accident, and SPY has been the home where he's found acceptance, forgiveness, personal growth, and community. Levi wholeheartedly embraces Baptiste Yoga on and off the mat, and he will lead you through a powerful class while sharing generously of his own struggles and how he's overcoming them! Check out his "Power Beats" class on Tuesday nights for a fun adventure in music and vinyasa. He might even play his ukelele for you if you're lucky!


Megan Salhus


Megan has been practicing yoga for twenty years. She graduated from Shift Power Yoga's 200 hour teacher training and completed the yin yoga module of the 300-hour training. She has a passion for sustainability in life, her practice and the big beautiful world around us. Her two adorable daughters keep her on her toes, and teach her that the real yoga is off the mat! She brings this passion to her teaching and enjoys the opportunity to share the practice and possibility of yoga with her students and community.

Michelle Boot


Michelle has been doing yoga for about 15 years. From competing in fitness to owning her own gym, Michelle has been involved in health and fitness her entire adult life. Her journey did not start with wanting to be a yoga instructor, and she is beyond proud of herself for putting in the work required to become a part of the Shift Power Yoga team. She has completed the Shift 200-hour yoga teacher training and is currently taking our 300-hour training. Michelle believes that being a YES to the Shift community is a game changer. By learning to be comfortable with discomfort, living life at her edge, and by being present, she is able to find happiness in every situation.
