The Sylvan Lake 2020 Training at Shift Power Yoga will run on the following dates: September 25th - 27th, October 30th - November 1st, November 27th - 29th, January 22nd - 24th, February 26th - 28th and March 26th - 28th. Program will run Fridays 1pm - 9pm, Saturdays 8am - 8pm and Sundays 8am - 5pm with the exception of the last weekend, which will run Thursday January 16th 5pm - 9pm, Friday 8am - 8pm, Saturday 8am - 8pm and Sunday 8am - 5pm.

All Deposits and payments for Sylvan Lake Training will be collected by Shift Power Yoga in Sylvan Lake.

Shift Power Yoga and the facilitators Pam Rader and her team are committed to providing participants with an exceptional program that includes a comprehensive understanding of the philosophy, physiology and methodology of teaching power vinyasa yoga. In addition we are committed to causing leaders who stand in their truth and teach and live from a place of authenticity, generosity and empowerment.

In order to uphold this bold commitment to creating not just yoga teachers but leaders who live courageously into their highest intentions we must be certain that you are 100% committed to the program, the process and the group.

Please complete the following application in its entirety. Once received and reviewed you will be contacted by phone for a brief interview prior to acceptance to the training. Once accepted a $500 non-refundable deposit will be required to reserve your spot. The total tuition for this program is $2995 (+gst) from which the $500 deposit will be deducted.

Shift Power Yoga is a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga School. Upon completion of this training, graduates will be eligible to register with the North American Yoga Alliance for a 200Hr Registered Yoga Teacher designation. This designation is recognized worldwide.





The curriculum can be physically, mentally and emotionally demanding. As a participant you must be prepared to fully participate in all aspects of the program and to fully support the group learning process. All participants must be on time and ready for anything with NO exceptions.
